Jack Pearce, Principal

Jack has over thirty years experience in the financial services industry, including five years with the Treasury Department, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He has held senior positions at Wachovia National Bank (formally First Union), was COO of The Money Store in a workout capacity (a leader in the sub-prime industry) and an EVP of an independent mortgage company (Alliance Mortgage Company). His strength is in change and crisis management for healthy or distressed companies.

Mickey Ross, Senior Advisor

Mickey has over thirty six years experience in banking and mortgage banking. His has served in senior and executive management through out his career. This included serving as President of Resource Bancshares Mortgage Company, President of EquiCredit Mortgage Company, Senior Vice President of Bank of America Mortgage Company, and Executive Vice President of Barnett Mortgage Company. His strength is in mortgage production profitability, post closing operations, and disposing of unprofitable branches.

Gerald Perkison, Senior Advisor

Gerald has over twenty five years experience in the mortgage banking industry in mortgage banking operations and mortgage banking technology services. His operational experience is centered in the Investor Reporting and Accounting, Cash Management and Default Management areas. As a member of HomeSide Mortgage's senior management team, he was responsible for their Investor Reporting & Accounting Group and their Default Management Group. Gerald has been involved in the development of servicing systems for the US and European markets with CPI, the Australia market with Homeside and Fidelity's industry leading Magnified Servicing System. His strength is in business process analysis and process controls.

Rich Parsons, Senior Advisor

Rich has over twenty five years experience in the mortgage banking industry in mortgage banking operations and mortgage banking technology and services. His varied background enabled Rich to assist P&A in the wind down of Foster Mortgage Company, Fort Worth, Texas. As a prior owner of a $15 million printing company, Rich brings an acute focus on operational and financial controls and vivid appreciation for the management of cash flows. These experiences provide Rich with the foundation to provide sound oversight of the execution of a resolution plan and wind down if needed.

Lee Summerlin, Senior Advisor

Lee has over 30 years of experience in domestic and European financial services focusing on capital markets with a specialty in secondary marketing of residential mortgages and interest rate risk management. He served in senior management capacities at several US mortgage banks (including Alliance Mortgage Company, Taylor, Bean & Whitaker, Transland Financial Services), IBM Credit Corp., and Resolution Trust Corporation. In addition to managing special projects for US mortgage banks, Lee also worked in London for six years advising and consulting for European banks and mortgage banks. He has managed and marketed mortgage portfolios and is also an expert in other fixed income securities such as governments, corporate securities, futures, and options. His experience and expertise positions him well for resolving strategic issues of all types of problematic mortgage portfolios.

Russell Pleasants, Senior Advisor

Russell has over twenty five years in the mortgage banking and consumer financial services industry. He has served in management positions over The Money Store's Sub-Prime Auto portfolio and its Sub-Prime Home Equity and Consumer portfolios in a work out capacity resulting in the reduction of losses in excess of $300 million. Russell's main focus has been and continues to be in organizational change and control to address operational weaknesses. These skills have been applied to Sub-Prime servicing, end to end credit card processing and technology implementations.

Steve Kator, Senior Advisor

Steve has over thirty years experience in the mortgage banking industry in mortgage operations and mortgage banking outsource services. He has served in management positions throughout his career, with over twenty years as the servicing manager of prime and sub-prime servicing operations. Over the past fifteen years, Steve has focused on the default services areas as a sub-prime servicing manager as well as providing default outsourcing services to a variety of clients. Through Steve's leadership and direction, he was able to dramatically improve the Alt-A/Sub Prime servicing operation of Wachovia's Alt-A/Sub-Prime operation.

Georganna Pate, Senior Advisor

Georganna has over 20 years experience in the mortgage banking industry. Her operational expertise is primarily focused on Acquisitions, Compliance and most recently she managed the Servicing Litigation Team at ABN Amro. Before joining ABN, Georganna was head of the Conversion Operations and Acquisitions and Sales for WaMu fka HomeSide Lending. Georganna is currently serving as an Officer on the Board of Governors for MBA of Jacksonville. Georganna also holds her Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) Designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
